DELIVERIES

All our coffee is fresh and roasted to order. All our 250G coffee orders are letterbox friendly and delivered via Royal Mail First Class or DPD. The Royal Mail is working as hard as they can to keep their service running smoothly, but the current situation means they are experiencing some delays so your delivery may take 3-5 workings days to arrive.

ORDERS

All our 250G coffee orders are letterbox friendly and delivered via Royal Mail First Class or DPD. The Royal Mail is working as hard as they can to keep their service running smoothly, but the current situation means they are experiencing some delays so your delivery may take a little longer than usual.

Subscriptions placed by midnight Sunday, will be despatched via The Royal Mail on Monday each week. Any subscriptions placed after midnight Sunday will be despatched the following week.

Gift Subscriptions will start from the next dispatch week, and be delivered monthly there after for 3, 6 or 12 months.

One-time coffee orders are dispatched throughout the week, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

To update, cancel or pause a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly coffee subscription please contact us.

Refunds

We can’t accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature. However, we really want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any issues with your coffee, or if there are errors in your order, please contact us.
